Sinemorets is a southeastern village and a seaside resort on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria. It is located in the very southeast of the country close to the border with Turkey, where Veleka river flows into Black Sea. It is a desirable destination for the lovers of wild nature, sea adventures, fishing and eco tourism. The picturesque landscape along and around the shores of Sinemorets is unique and will enchant you forever. The village is located 85 km from Burgas, 5 km south of Ahtopol and 12 km before the village of Rezovo and our border with Turkey. The nearest and most popular beaches are North Veleka Beach (also known as „Hair“) –  located at the mouth of the Veleka River and the central Butamyata beach. If you are keen to explore a bit more and you travel by car, Silistar beach which is located about 7 km south of Sinemorets, is a must. Another beautiful BUT unguarded beach called “Lipite“ is located about 15 min walk from the central Butamyata beach. It can be reached by foot only and there is a bit of a rock climbing. Water sports lovers can enjoy kite surfing, windsurfing or kayaking along Veleka River. Horseback riding is also available in the village. There are also enjoy two coastal eco trails: one north of Sinemorets – starting at the mouth of the Veleka River and ending at Ahtopol, and the other – from Butamyata Beach to Silistar Beach.
